Information you provide
When you request a quotation, sample or technical document, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, work email, optional telephone number, company, product requirements and message. An inquiry can include the page URL and product title so that we can identify the material you mean. Please do not send sensitive personal information through a general inquiry form.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to answer you, assess product and documentation requirements, prepare quotations and manage the resulting business relationship. Submitting a product inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Where local law requires a legal basis, handling a requested quotation may involve steps before a contract, and routine business correspondence may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your applicable rights.
Optional analytics and browser storage
